Join us behind the scenes for Part III of this home renovation #workinprogress. We follow ESC owner Virgil Mckenzie to the back of this Fair Oaks home, where we are renovating the pool house and turning it into an A.D.U. (Additional Dwelling Unit), adding over 600 square feet of residential living space to this property. Oh yeah, and we’re drilling a 200ft bore-hole to upgrade all the electricity heading to the pool house
