For our recent air conditioning replacement we had the name of three air companies including Costco services. From the moment we had Virgil to our home from Energy Savings Construction to complete an initial evaluation, right down to the finished product, we knew we picked the right person and were so happy we went with him.

Our basic issue was that we had a problem with efficiency due to poor insulation, ineffective duct work and an old, broken unit. Virgil listened to all our concerns and was able to confirm all of the above, and validate my suspicions. He managed the project so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing, right down to the city inspections and clean up. Now we have a new unit, higher efficiency, a much cooler upstairs in the summer… and I’m actually looking forward to our first lower electric bill since the install!

Energy Savings Construction is very professional and reliable. They return calls, show up for appointments, and are excellent tradesmen. They kept us very informed throughout our entire project, and we were extremely pleased with the work.

He was straight-forward prompt, and we scheduled a site-visit, that lead to a quote. The quote was reasonable, and after signing the contract, work began promptly.

Our new  bathroom looks amazing!!  Virgil was great to work with. His whole team was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had any questions. I would say Jeremy did an excellent job with the grouting, tile laying, and installation of all the pieces.

Virgil responded promptly to most of my texts. He showed up when he said he was going to. His prices are comparable. He also offered alternatives to help save money.  We highly recommend Virgil. He does kitchens, bathrooms, patio covers, solar and more.

Easy to work with and friendly owner. All of our questions about a new roof and whole house fan were answered. Virgil and his crew installed the new roof quickly and it looks great. The crew was great to work with and incredibly tidy, which I appreciated greatly. Would highly recommend them!

I hired Virgil and his team to install New Hardie Plank Siding to our home as well as new installed windows. They did a fantastic job moving fast and efficiently, my home looks amazing. Virgil is an expert contractor. We hired him to replace T-111 siding on a guest house that had rotted over the past 30 years. He suggested Hardi Plank siding which came factory painted to match our house and has a 30 year warranty. His crew was specially trained to install this durable product and we could not be happier with the results. In addition to new siding, we were glad Virgil suggested replacing the 30 year old windows. They look amazing and he even had them custom colored. Virgil was fair in his pricing and explained the process so we would know what to expect. They were always on time, cleaned up any construction debris, accessible to answer questions, and pleasant to work with. I am pleased with this company and I will certainly use them in the future whenever I have construction projects.
